Think you know Broadway?

Join Mighty Goliath Productions for Broadway Trivia! Bring a team of up to six, or come solo, and compete in a fun, all-ages night of Broadway-themed trivia. From classic shows to modern hits, show off your knowledge for a chance to win big!
The first-place team will win a cash prize of $125, second place will win $75, and third place will win $50. Cash prizes should be split up amongst each winning team at each team's discretion.
This event will take place at Walker Road Park Pavilion, 31621 Walker Road Avon Lake, OH 44012. Seating in the Pavilion is first-come, first-served. Please bring your own chairs or blankets for additional seating!
On event day, teams must check-in between 6-6:30pm. Trivia starts promptly at 6:30pm!

Eligibility:
Participants of all ages are welcome; however, teams with participants under18 must include at least one adult.

Team Requirements:
Teams may consist of 1–6 participants. Teams must play with the members they begin with; no switching or adding players after the event begins.

Location & Seating:

Registration:
Advance registration is required. Teams must check-in at Walker Road Park Pavilion between 6 and 6:30pm. -
Check-In:
All teams must check in at 6:00pm prior to the start of trivia at 6:30pm. -
Gameplay & Format:
Trivia will consist of multiple rounds of Broadway-themed questions. Teams will submit one answer sheet per round. All answers must be written clearly and submitted by the designated time. -
Use of Devices:
The use of phones, smart devices, or outside assistance during trivia is not permitted unless otherwise specified for a particular round — no exceptions. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification. Smart devices may be used during scoring breaks only. -
Scoring & Judging:
Answers will be scored by event staff. In the case of unclear or partially correct answers, judges will determine acceptability at their discretion. All scoring decisions are final. -
Conduct & Sportsmanship:
Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respectful behavior toward other teams and event staff at all times. Teams sharing answers with another team will disqualify both teams. -
Prizes:
$125 will be awarded to the team with the most points, $75 will be awarded to the team with the second-most points, $50 will be awarded to the team with the third-most points, as determined by final scores. In the event of a tie for first, second, or third place, event organizers will administer a tie-breaking round or question. The winning teams must be present at the end of the event to claim the prize money. -
Weather Policy:
This is an outdoor event and is weather dependent. There is no rain date; in the event of cancellation due to weather, the event will not be rescheduled. -
Event Authority:
Event organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to gameplay as needed and to disqualify any team for rule violations or unsportsmanlike conduct. All decisions made by organizers are final.
